Dips are a great way to switch it up and get your taste buds going. Being healthy doesn’t mean cutting out the things you love but eating them in moderation.
This amazing spinach dip is great for a snack, parties, and on the go.
My Spinach Dip:
- Bag of spinach (if you have uncooked your have to cook it down some, blanching is fine, that’s what I’m doing)
- 1 package of cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons of miracle-whip
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Salt / pepper
- Nuts (optional)

Allow your cream cheese to get room temperature
Cook down onion and garlic to taste
Combine, store and serve with your favorite crackers!
