I fast once a week, preferably Saturday; consuming only water. No substances, light yoga and meditation until 6:30 (sunset). Fasting can help with digestion, bowel issues, general health, and mindfulness.
Fasting shows strength and willingness to sacrifice.
I did a grocery hall Today. There was a nice 10 for 10 sale at Meijer.
I was able to get these for 1$ each, bags of fresh spinach and other things for just 1$… not to mention avocados.
What’s for dinner you ask…
A easy meatball pasta and spinach and strawberry salad with a raspberry dressing. (The dressing was 1$, strawberries 3/ for 5$.)
