It’s Sunday a great day to clean your mind, house and body. This quick smoothie will be loved by all. Packed with vitamins, protein, energy boosters and a great taste.
Ingredients:
- Almond milk
- Blueberries
- Yogurt
- Avocado
- Flaxseed
- Moringa
- Banana
Blend all together and serve.
I used half of everything because it’s just two of us, but you can adjust to your family size.
PS: to all my breastfeeding moms, add your vitamins, brewers yeast and granola to your smoothie to make them more enjoyable and beneficial to your growing baby.
