Here are a few samples of vibrations/frequencies i have started listening too. Mindfulness should be practiced daily, for at least 30 min to an hour a day for its full affects. From yoga, to meditation, to frequency and sound. All can be used to uplift, center and heal.

I created a healing space, in this space only positivity is welcome. Here is where I realign self, uplift, meditate, perform rituals and more. This space remains cleansed, holistic, pure and welcoming to all who need its powers.
Offering as much as u can to the universe, clean your crystals, water is great for removing impurities and mindfulness.
