I’m all about sales, deals and discounts. Before store visits I read the paper for the best wallet experience. This week meijers and Kroger’s has good sales on produce. Be mindful of how much you buy to how much you will eat and family size. It’s just me & my daughter but fruits and vegetables are included in all our meals.

Remember To store your food properly for freshness and longevity.

Remember you bought food for a reason, pack your lunch, you will not only save money but feel healthy, reach your goals and save money.

Fight against cancer, negativity, and depression with what you eat.

Looking to boost your appetite try eating every 3-4 hours high calorie portioned meals. Limit the junk, junk leaves you with and upset stomach stopping you from consuming more calories.

Don’t let your body go another day without the things it needs and craves.
