I’m bringing back the walk challenge!
Did you know that walking each day can improve your heart, body, and mind all at the same time. Who knew such a simple task could have so many benefits.
So for this challenge, I want everyone to walk as much as they can, if you have an iPhone you can use the built in health app, (please don’t cheat), android users should have something similar to track steps. Submissions will be taken via email or text, and I will check progress three times a week and a leader board.
