Unhealthy snacking is common and my worst enemy. Their easy to grab, usually on sale (we’ll talk about that later), and taste good. I have told myself PUT THE ICE CREAM DOWN… after i finish this last bite…
But in all seriousness, late night snacking leads to making health issues, sluggishness, and weight gain in places you don’t want it and much more.
So I’ve decided to create my own, join me this evening for snack prep and wings! On hand I have avocado, crackers, fruit and other little healthy items I’ll be turning into snacks for those time we all have cravings.
