Avocado- berry smoothie
- 1/2 Avocado (whole if small or for two people)
- A few strawberries
- A few black berries
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup milk (you choose your consistency)
- Yogurt (exclude if your goal is to lose weight)
- Flaxseeds
- Squirt of Lemon juice
Cut up all fruit and vegetables, add milk and honey. Blend together. 🥰
