Those looking to loss weight, did you know avocados are a healthy fat. Replace this smoothie with any meal and get the fullness of a meal and the nutrition you need.

Avocado- berry smoothie

  • 1/2 Avocado (whole if small or for two people)
  • A few strawberries
  • A few black berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup milk (you choose your consistency)
  • Yogurt (exclude if your goal is to lose weight)
  • Flaxseeds
  • Squirt of Lemon juice

Cut up all fruit and vegetables, add milk and honey. Blend together. 🥰

This smoothie will have you feeling energized, confident, looking great and will get you another step closer to your healing goals.
