i want to be your comfort zone, your motivation, your side, I’m all about knowing your body. I don’t care about your weight I am more about health. I want to know.

  1. Are you healthy and do you feel healthy
  2. Are you comfortable in your skin and what would you like to improve

It’s ok to have an ideal weight goal but not because a chart told you but because you told you.
