Stuffed and Wrapped | Easier than it looks

The last thing you want to be doing is spacing over a hot stove on any night but I’m telling you if you plan it right and clean as you go it’s less than an hour.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

You’ll need

  • chicken breast (Kroger)
  • Cheese (I used a cheddar blend from Kroger)
  • Seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika)
  • Bacon (Kroger)
  • Toothpicks (all I had were colored ones 🤷🏽‍♀️)
  • Vegetable (I choose asparagus) (Kroger)
  • Rice (Kroger)
  • Butter
  • Lemon

Ok sounds like a lot but it’s not 🤣

Cut a slit in chicken breast

Season, stuff with cheese, and wrap in bacon 🥓

Now don’t just stick the toothpick through you actually want it to hold the bacon on and don’t stick it straight up, you have to sear the bacon.

Heat a pan to medium high (cast iron would be nice but I don’t gave one). Place meat in pan. DONT TOUCH IT you want a goo sear fast.

Flip once brown and crispy

Depending on your sides this is a good time to get them on

(I forgot to take pictures of the rice but boil your water, seasoning with butter, lemon and pepper. 😘)

Sear your meat on all sides. They may be a little stubborn but get it done.

Place in the over for 15 min or until done on inside.
