There is enough to do in the morning, from getting ready for work, dressing the kids, eating, packing and much more and I know what your thinking I want you to add more to the list and answer is yes.

Remembering to take your vitamins can make or break your day it’s just as important as eating breakfast, doing yoga and meditation. As we get older our bodies change and do do our needs.

I have had little to no luck with pain pills & gastrointestinal meds; switching over to marijuana has done wonders for me. Obtaining your medical card offers a holistic alternative to healing. Combined with better food choices, meditation and yoga can change how your body functions, feels and heals.
