Im a big salmon lover. You can season this amazing fish with just about anything in your pantry and it will be delicious. Not to mention it’s a quick and healthy meal for the whole family when paired with rice, pasta, any vegetable, and more.
Step 1: buy your salmon and ensure it’s clean
(This slab was 8$ at Kroger, I love sales)
Step 2: season both sides of the Salmon with sea salt, pepper, parsley and garlic
Step 3: in a pan heated to medium high, melt butter and sauté your garlic. Add salmon. I made ginger lemon rice to go with my salmon.
Step 4: seer on both sides, plate and enjoy 😊
