Yesterday was all about prayer, meditation and yoga, today we will recap and utilize those techniques to aide us in accomplishing our goals.
What are your goals? Take a moment to categorize them, are they mental, physical, emotional and or spiritual? Once you know which realms you need to focus on let’s begin.
Deep breath in
Poking your chest out embracing the universe
Exhale the negative energy, bad thoughts and insecurities.
Repeat 8 times for a new beginning
Now look at your goals, don’t they look achievable, accomplishable and closer to your grasp.
Goals shouldn’t make you down even on the days you feel off track, those moments are just signs your going just fine.
Don’t get discouraged, remember to do your yoga, meditate and always, always pray.
