If your cooking like me, Thanksgiving starts eww in to the early morning hours. I have been up, preparing dishes and prepping meat for the holiday.
But how do you stay refreshed, motivated and able to continue cooking and be the host of your thanksgiving fest.
Yoga and rest, I know what your saying where is the time, you make the time. I went to bed early to wake up early. I prepared a schedule and meal plan to let me know what I need to do and when.
Things will try to alter your plan but do your best to stick to the schedule. Fit in time to rest, set stop times and always take a moment to appreciate and love self.
