Happy Sunday everyone,
I have been getting messages about diets. Let me say this first
I DO NOT BELIEVE IN TRADITIONAL DIETS.
I believe in food regimens/schedules. Due to everyone’s body being different; trying a plan that’s not catered to you 100% will never work.
A lot of people are trying this keto diet. Because of my beliefs no I don’t think it’s a good idea. There are no whole grains, fruits and because of its endless side affects, keto would be the last thing I try to reach my goals. But regardless of what you choose please be sure you consider these important factors:
1. Look at your body type
2. Know your Problem area(s)
3. Ask does this fit my life style/ schedule
Don’t be afraid to substitute, ask questions and remember to have fun while doing it. The moment you lose interest, is when results won’t come as they should.
- If your looking to loss weight your good regimen should include: lower calories, low carbs, no eating after 9pm, increase yoga to limit stress eating, and reduce fat intake.
- If your goal is to gain weight: more meals, high carbs, strength training, yoga for stress and gastrointestinal issues
