Mindful Monday

As the holidays approach it’s can be easier to loss yourself. Working endless hours to purchase the perfect gift, get that big bonus and to end 2019 with a bang. All those things are nice but don’t loss yourself. The holidays are about being thankful and loving your family and friends.

Being mindful of your triggers, surroundings and energy can not only make tour holidays brighter but your hails easier to achieve.

Are you still doing your health check each day? I’ve added a new item to our check list: “did you do something for yourself” and that can be anything

  1. Accomplished a goal
  2. Took a bath
  3. Got a massage
  4. Wrote 5 pages
  5. Marketed your product/service
    Did your hair
    Worked out

Remember to be mindful, smile at a stranger and have a wonderful day.
