What aren’t you Squatting 🤷🏽‍♀️! Day 3 | It’s A Challenge

Challenge details:

  • 100 squats
  • 100 leg raises
  • 100 shoulder taps
  • 100 push ups

Today is day 3 of this months challenge. How are you doing, are you feeling the burn, jotting down your progress? Each day is an opportunity to better your body. Challenged such as this not only are good for discipline but also results.

If you are consist, in the end you should be able to

  • Stay consistent on other projects/task
  • Feel resilient
  • Become stronger
  • Gain or loss weight depending on your eating regimen
  • Mind and body control
