It’s challenge Tuesday and I dare you to do it with me

End date: Halloween (October 31)
- 100 squats
- 100 leg raises
- 100 shoulder taps
- 100 push ups
Daily, yes I said it daily, I don’t care if you do 5 of each an hour, just push yourself to complete the task. Over time you should be able to knock out a set with ease. The goal is to record your progress and progress.
