It’s a beautiful day to push your body to new heights. Yoga has been used for hundreds of years to heal, Balance and center. Like fitness, there are hundreds of poses, endless variations, poses for weight gain and loss, and yoga can be done just about anywhere with little to no resources.
Today we will do yoga until we can’t no more. No the goal isn’t to be sore but to push your mind and body to another level and release any toxins holding you back.
Set out a few times today to go yoga crazy; 30min to an 1-hour sessions. Meditate before and after each session, keep an open mind, limber body and calm area. You don’t have to do a lot of poses, you can hold them longer, really stretch and relax.
