Mid Week Motivation

“Is it Friday yet” is all I’ve heard thus far today. Friday isn’t the only good day of the week. Everyday is an amazing day because you said it would be so.

Don’t let Wednesday be a dread, let it get ahead. Plan, do and rejoice in your good works and watch the benefits roll in. Go to work feeling motivated, go to school determined, take care of your family with a smile and go after your desires.

Turn Hump Day into a amazing day.

Workout circuit:

25 full body squats (no cheating)

20 shoulder taps

20 reverse lunges

Repeat 3 times
