Quick energy smoothie
- almond milk 1 cup
- banana 1 frozen & peeled
- yogurt 1/2 cup
- flax seeds 1/2 tablespoon
This smoothie will have you feeling great, energized and focused for the day. This is also a great pre-workout smoothie.
Lunch time is always a hard meal for meal. You don’t want it to be to heavy or to light; but at the time you want it to be filling.
I decided to make shrimp fried rice, and mini egg rolls.

As the weather changes so do you meals; the slow cooker is a good idea for things like casseroles. Zucchini bake can be turned on early in the morning and the longer it bakes, the better the results.
