Smoothie Energy | Lunch and Dinner Ideas

Quick energy smoothie

  • almond milk 1 cup
  • banana 1 frozen & peeled
  • yogurt 1/2 cup
  • flax seeds 1/2 tablespoon

This smoothie will have you feeling great, energized and focused for the day. This is also a great pre-workout smoothie.


Lunch time is always a hard meal for meal. You don’t want it to be to heavy or to light; but at the time you want it to be filling.

I decided to make shrimp fried rice, and mini egg rolls.

– shredded cabbage and carrots, ginger and garlic


Zucchini is one of my favorite vegetables. Not only is it versatile, it

  • Improves digestion
  • Slows down aging
  • Lowers blood sugar
  • Grown naturally

As the weather changes so do you meals; the slow cooker is a good idea for things like casseroles. Zucchini bake can be turned on early in the morning and the longer it bakes, the better the results.
