The great Maya Angelou, profound in many ways. Everyone she encountered in her life time speaks on her beauty and peaceful spirit. I pray we all reach her level of calmness, love and peace.

What are you plans? Planning a big move, going to see family, and or just relaxing today? It’s good to have plans, it’s good to relax and it’s even better to spend some time to better your mental health.

Exploring your mental health is a task we don’t even realize we need. Like brushing our teeth it helps remove the build up in our life. Like your floss or aides you plucking out the small things that may be bothering you. Taking just 15 min to ask yourself these WHERE AM I QUESTIONS can benefit your day:

  • how do I really feel
  • Is there anything bothering me?
  • Is anything controlling me physically, mentally or emotionally?
  • Am I happy

Asking yourself These questions daily with honest answers will aide you in your mental health journey. Your answers will tell you what to fix, what your doing right and where to make changes. Even if you don’t know how to fix it; knowing where to start is the first step.
