I beat the birds to the punch and pursed my goal of yoga, breakfast and spending a little extra time with my daughter while we get ready for our day. Work started at 8am; so my day must start at 5am to accomplish all goals
- 5am: wake up, light meditation and yoga
- 5:15am: start breakfast for myself and start ironing clothes and fixing my hair for the day
- 5:30 get dressed, make my daughters breakfast and start to wake her up.
