My lunch box
Snacks are vital to your everyday life, we all love our snacks but have you sat back and looked at their nutritional value and benefits. Instead of chips try veggie straws; instead of candy bars try a fruit salad.
Today I packed for work:

- Cherries
- PB&J
- Graham crackers
- Wheat Ritz crackers
- Lemons for tea
Theses selections gave me fuel, satisfied my cravings & stayed true to my vegetarian diet.
Tomorrow I will switch things up a bit, maybe invite a few dips to the party. The options are endless when it comes to having a healthy snack time.
