Beer Batter shrimp, garlic rice and broccoli!!! And I thought going Vegetarian was going to be hard. This meal not only was satisfying but for the most part healthy. A little fried food here and there doesn’t hurt and the beer adds flavor and a light crust on the shrimp. We won’t do this every night but it’s a great place to start.
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoon Minced garlic
- Garlic power
- Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 bottle of Coronita
Coating the shrimp in corn starch first helps fir a even coat that sticks. Dip each shrimp and coat evenly. Shaking off access.
Fry at 350 for 7-10 min depending on size of shrimp.
