Monday Motivation | Dropping Bad Habits

Everything starts with off as a process.

Only a few are able to quit things cold turkey and never look back. But lets be realalistic, even though we know certain things are bad for us, it has taken time, knowledge and errors for us to change our ways. Even after deciding to change, we at times revert back to old habits because they are just that, habits.

Removing a bad habit can be tricky, due to we need insensitive and even with that we must still allow our selves to cheat, slack and make excuses. The biggest thing is making sure that habit is not replaced with another bad habit. Like dont stop eat sweets to over load on cards. Same with smokinng for drinking or even something as phone time for tv time. Breaking a bad habit should help you improve on your goals and dreams.

Replace phone time with reading, writing and or advancing your craft. Its ok to have personal time, but utilize Mondays as the first day to get ahead and grasp opproutinites. New job postings, updates news, and much more is avaiable on Mondays.

Why not take the time to seek those opporotinites. Monday is my motivation, I am very excited for the day and what it has to bring forth. Start your day with yoga and meditation, never forget your routine and what works for you. Take a moment for self and align your chakras and regain strength to accomplish your day.
