A question I get asked a lot is should I workout when I’m sick?
I’m currently sick and I’m asking myself that question. A sore throat, headache, and body aches working out may not be the best choice but some yoga and meditation is what the holistic doctor has prescribed, along with
- Essential oils with a Steamy Shower
- Chicken soup (home made of course)
- Ginger tea & warm salt water
Cleansing my home is also important, keep counters clean, kids toys cleaned and off the floor, along with hands and faces.

I know I’ve spoken on being sick before but I can’t emphasis it enough due to unfortunately we all get sick, if not us it’s our children, family members or friends. Keep one another motivated, Check in on one another and get plenty of rest.
