What would we do without fitness?
Fitness keeps our body’s alive, well and kicking ass. From cardio, to aerobics, weight lifting, and even going for walks with your family; all those movements are a form of exercise that keeps blood pumping to your heart and the rest of your body.
10-15 a day of light cardio, yoga and weight training can help reverse many symptoms such as
- Heart issues
- Back and leg pain
- Improve circulation
- Improve energy
- Live longer
Those are just a few of the important once. Think about what you waste time on, your phone, watching tv, doing nothing. Why not add a few mote years onto your life and your families lives by doing group sessions in the park, recreational center and or beach. Play
- Yoga freeze tag
- Volley ball
- Have a field day
The ideas are endless: dance night, running, hiking, etc. just get up and move.
