I don’t know about you but I always seem to get hungry in the middle of the night. I never crave carrots or even a pear. It’s always ice cream, chocolate chip cookies or fried chicken; even on a bulky diet those things aren’t the greatest so what do you do. You could ignore it, drink a glass of water and go back to bed.

Delicious Caramel Sauce
Servings: 8 (about 2 tablespoons)
- 1 cup brown sugar packed (light)
- 4 tablespoons of butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 milk
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla
Bring brown sugar and butter to a boil. Turn off heat add milk, whisk. Bring back to a boil for 3-5 min, then let simmer until thick. Add vanilla, pour in mason jar to cool. Enjoy
