Sometimes we don’t realize that the things we love, aren’t really that great for us. But how do you have those things & still maintain

A little pasta here and there, fried foods, and even cake and ice cream. It’s ok to every once in a while forget about the calorie counting and just eat. Like I tell all my friends, clients it’s all a process. Reality is our bodies and minds don’t need cake, ice cream, hot chips, and negative energy to function. Its actually proven we are more positive, more hard working and pure when we consume and practice holistic habits.
But it’s hard to erase 24 years of eating foods high in saturated fat, artificial sugar and accepting negative energy from myself and community.
My 5 years journey has not been perfect, but I continue to do better because I see results that have benefited me in many ways. Having more energy, positive thoughts, more healthy and less stressed.
