Me and my beautiful 1 years old daughter went out this morning, it was already 75 degrees out. Warm weather makes working out to me easier, more motivating and uplifting.

I know it’s early and the last thing your thinking about on a Sunday morning is working out; but think about the benefits, try it and love it.
