When gaining weight, you want the healthiest fats and cards possible. Just because the goal is to get bigger doesn’t mean we are going to eat any and everything.
We still must be mindful.

- Drink your calories
- high protein & load up the carbs
- Avoid saturated fat
- 100% juices and smoothies
- Evening snacks are ok
- Resistance train 2–3 times a week
