I haven’t been as limber as I would like to be. I suffer from arthritis and other joint issues that sometimes make the easier task hard. But one quick, easy and relaxing way to increase flexibility is through yoga. Not only does yoga bring you peace, motivation, strength and rejuvenated but it also makes your more flexible.
Yoga poses for flexibility
- Pyramid pose
- Reclined big toe pose
- Seated wide legged straddle pose
- Pigeons pose
Following the following sequence will have your full spilt looking better and a lot easier
The following poses increase circulation & mobility while toning and making you more flexible.
Day 1: pose 1
Day 2: pose 1 & 2
Day 3: pose 1, 2, and 3
Day 4: pose 1, 2, 3, and 4
While you are increasing in poses in day, the duration of how long you hold the pose should raise as well.
Continue the pattern, you should eventually be able to do all the poses from memory, be more flexible and feel great after.
