Every year a new health craze comes about. From yoga, to wheat grass down to being holistic it has all had its “all of a sudden” shine. So what do you trust, what is real and what is best for you?

Research, i prefer older healing books and or books by older healers such as my favorite, the late Dr. Sebi. For many years he as spoken on the importance of being holistic, the right foods to eat, things to avoid, the body and it’s triggers, and much more.

  1. Buy Sea Moss
  1. Clean Sea Moss with water and remove any sand
  2. Soak for 15-20 min
  3. Drain water and rinse clean
  4. Blend with water or almond
  5. Store in Masson jar in fridge
