Social Media Break | My personal Challenges | Late Night Post

I have taken a social media break. It’s a huge sacrifice for I want my business to grow and I so enjoy staying up to date on news.

  • I haven’t been on Facebook in about 5/5 years;
  • Instagram it’s been 2 weeks,
  • however twitter I am still a little attached to

I have taken this break because

  1. I wanted to focus on myself and the changes I needed to make for my family
  2. Focus more on my writing and blog
  3. Center myself

I am applying some of these concepts to my social media break. Though I still will be blogging due to that’s one of reasons for this break. So far

  • I don’t miss anything
    Twitter I will eventually drop, I’m logging in less and less
    My blog has been progressing and my content is a lot better and more focused
    My goals are more important and I am accomplishing more each day
    I fear change less

I still have my downfalls

  • Though I am a health nut, I still hold only foods I know that’s aren’t good for me
  • I am having a potassium issue and stomach pain
  • I haven’t found the second job that fits my schedule yet
  • Due to my flare up I haven’t been working out

But I’m positive and though today wasn’t the best day for me, I’m looking forward to tomorrow. I have things to accomplish this evening as well. I must get myself on track before the sun rises but also be in bed at a decent hour.
