Are you a morning person. Me personally yes I am; I’m up at 5:30 each day. But trust me it isn’t easy but what keeps me going is my positive outlook on what the day can bring. Embracing each day attracts positive outcomes, allows you to handle tough situations better and the energy you give off motivates others.

There are many ways to prep your self for the day

  • Yoga
  • Stretching to your favorite song
  • Singing in the shower
  • Praising God
  • Avoiding social media for the first hour

I challenge you today to embrace the morning and transform your week.
