Mindful Shopping 🛍

Pay day is always the worst, from bills to the kids wanting to new toys and needing things for everyday life, groceries is always the hardest job on the todo list.

You must be cost efficient, fresh/healthy and kinda naughty at the same time. Prepping your list ahead of times allows you to not only get the best deals but hopefully have you shopping only at one store.

Common food chain stores like Wal-Mart, Whole Foods snd Sams club are great options but never be afraid to check your local mom and pop shops. Prices are usually better, food is fresher and the source is normally healthier.

Remember being healthy doesn’t have to be hard, just be mindful of your chart and body.
