It’s not always going to be easy | Yoga for Tension/Stress | Positive Affirmations

Don’t be ashamed of the days you don’t feel well and getting out of bed seems like a horrible chore. Ignore the first instinct to stay in bed, ignore the second one telling you to pick up your phone. Try some positive affirmations. I tape them to my head and read them to myself

Here are some examples

  • Meditation and or prayer is also great.

Still feeling blue, try some yoga. Do whatever it takes to remove the sense of failure, stress, tension, etc. never carry that weight through out the day, for each day already brings its own challenges

  • Bridge pose
  • Standing forward bend
  • Eagle pose
  • Extended triangle pose
  • Legs up the wall pose
  • Puppy pose
  • Knee to forehead pose

How do you feel now? Better right. Everyday take a few moments to releases what’s holding you back.
