Self Care Checklist

I can’t express it enough the importance of self care and self love. You are the foundation to all your goals and dreams, nothing moves without you. So if your not moving neither is your mental or mental well being. Sometimes you have to check self until self love becomes natural. Unfortunately things like social media, government and out communities have altered our positive thinking; we are told we are not good enough. That emotions are weak and being yourself is frowned upon. I’m here to tell you that’s all false. Check self before you leave the house; your mind, body, soul and goals will love you for it

Self Care Checklist

  1. Pick a mantra

    “I am grateful, I am beautiful, I am confident”
    “This is the season for life and positive change”
    “I feel energized and full of life”
    “I have the power to create all that I desire”

2. Stretch/ do yoga

  • Mountain pose
  • Upward salute
  • Chair pose
  • Staff pose
  • Side plank

3. Meditate

  • Speak what you desire into existence
  • Pray for your day, family and self
  • Exhale the negative, replenish with positive
  • Forgive those who hurt you, forgive yourself for the pain you have caused

4. Eat a healthy breakfast, pack a snack And an amazing lunch

  • Remember to stay hydrated, 6-8 bottles of water a day I essential

5. Set a 10-15min “Self check break”.

  • Take this time to reflect, appreciate and uplift

6. When faced with a trail, stand tall and repeat your mantra

7. Invest an hour and a half into yourself

  • Set goals
  • Accomplish goals
  • Write
  • Research
  • No TV, no social media, and no distractions

8. Before bed repeat your mantra, do some yoga and pray.

I hope this check list gets you going for the day and motivates you throughout. Below are more self care and self love activities you can add to your day. Enjoy and love yourself
