Be aware of the signs, apply self discipline and live a long life. We have to reverse these unhealthy eating and health Habits we have been given since birth. Really since the beginning of time; we must adjust the water we drink, how we think, and uplift our surroundings. No time for excuses, let’s give reasons to change.
We are the first to blame cancer on “food” or doctors but we keep running to them though we have resources, books, videos, activists like the last Dr. Sebi, the late Nipsey Hussle and others who tell us our lives will be cut short or full of pain if we don’t change your environment, attitude and health.
We are strong enough to work everyday, take care of the kids, etc, but not strong or mindful enough to change our eating behavior.
