⁃ Standing leg raises, 10pds in each hand
⁃ Reverse lunges with 10pds weight with light resistance band
4 sets of 20
⁃ Squat with 15pds weight
⁃ Standing leg raises, 15pds in each hand
⁃ Reverse lunges with 15pds weight with medium resistance band
4 sets of 25
⁃ Full body Squat with 20pds weight,
⁃ Standing leg raises, 20pds in each hand
⁃ Reverse lunges with 20pd weight & heavy resistance band
