Fight Pain with Power Foods

When your tummy aches don’t reach for pain pills or over the counter anti acids; try superfoods like ginger and turmeric in a rest to relief pain instantly. Replace/add high in acids foods with blueberries and nuts to your diet to keep flare ups and pain at bay.

Power Foods

  • Ginger (a lot goes a long way;good in tea, candy, rice, and veggies and fish)
  • Tummeric (same as above, good in tea or rice

  • Salmon
  • Strawberries
  • Broccoli (but watch it, it can give you gas)
  • Spinach
  • Pineapples
  • Nuts

These foods also fight against cancer, keep your blood pressure regulated and give you energy. Their not called power foods for nothing.
