What’s for Breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. After your body has been resting for 6-8 hours it needs to be replenished with something great. Like many of us we have little to no time for breakfast after showering, getting the kids ready and our spouse we barely take a second to do our hair let alone eat. But things like eggs, bagels, oatmeal are quick and great sources of fuel.
Always add something fresh like fruit to your breakfast. you want to combine as many of the food groups as possible due to your body right now is at its peak, to keep it this way you must give it all the nutrients possible.
Try adding potatoes or rice to make a breakfast bowl that can be made ahead of time and popped in the microwave for those crazy mornings.
