Get up, yes get up, before you get dressed for church and get the kids ready for Sunday school; take 45 min and meditate and try this amazing floor routine. You can add a resistance band or weight if you like but it’s definitely not needed. These workouts will tone your butt, ads, arms and legs; yes all those body parts in just 30 min (5 cool down, 10 min meditate).
I personally meditate before all major task or leaving my home, I will drop a few meditate rituals before the day is over to aide you in your journey. I know life is hard it’s hard for me as well but you can’t give up; giving up only invites more failure. -lynnmontanna
