How you start your day is just as important as how you end it. Starting the day on a positive note and full of confidence. When faced with any task or obstacle you should always practice these techniques

Embrace the task at hand, in this instance it’s a great morning workout. Just something quick this Sunday morning to get those muscles moving!
3 sets of 25 each exercise
- Rainbow kick backs- make sure your core is tight and instead of kicking straight back you are going to bring your leg up and around as if your naming a rainbow 🌈 (3 sets of 25 each leg)
- Shoulder taps with plank up downs – tighten your core and keep your balance. Try not to sway to much and push yourself through each set.
After this workout you should feel rejuvenated, focused and ready to take the day by its horns.
Don’t forget to drink water
Eat 30 min to an hour before each workout. If your goal is to gain weight follow each workout with a small protein packed snack. If your looking to lose weight try drinking a glass of water, or a low calorie snack (veggies, fruit, nuts)
