Day 6 of Self!
Today is all about BUILDING
We are almost complete with this challenge, but just because this challenge is ending doesn’t mean we should forget how far we have come and what we have learned.
The practices learned should be building you into a better you. Growth is a major key to success because we must evolve to properly obtain and keep what we desire.
Take the time to analyze and align self daily, strengthen and restore what is of balance and watch the universe bless you with ways to reach your goals.
Instead of looking at the past, I put myself ahead twenty years and try to look at what I need to do now in order to get there then.

Location:between the eye brows/ behind forehead
Purpose: intuition, insight, wisdom & operating in a higher state of mind
Signs Third Eye chakra is blocked: uninspired, struggle to see bigger picture, lack focus, sluggish, headaches/migraines, vision issues, depression, vivid dreams, nightmares
Stones for Healing your Third Eye chakra: Sapphire, Amethyst & lapis lazuli
Foods: blueberries, eggplant 🍆, purple carrot,
Center/ heal your Third Eye chakra:
1. Star/moon gazing with crystals
2. Oils: frankincense and sandalwood
