Start weaning your self from obsessive behavior/habits such as sleeping, smoking, drinking, sex, running late, phone use, slacking on goals, putting things off to the last minute…though some of things are fun, important and relaxing however obsessive behavior can take you away from what you should and can be doing. Tomorrow we are going to start dropping bad/obsessive habits and picking up habits that we may hate, aren’t so good at or dislike but benefit us.

Picking up:

  • Fitness: upper body
  • Yoga: Flexibility
  • Nutrition: gaining weight
  • Energy: daily meditation and balancing
  • Business: real estate, write a novel and client boost


  • Fitness: dislike of upper body workouts
  • Yoga: reduces back and fibromyalgia flare ups
  • Nutrition: drop
  • Energy: Negative people and thoughts
  • Business: slacking and lack of consistency
