Challenge Self to Focused

Focus:

“I heard you were focusing a little more on yourself, and worrying a little less about everyone else. That’s beautiful.”

Focus is vital, roaming thoughts can make you miss out on opportunities and unbalance your chakras. Today we will be harnessing the energy from our sacral chakra (location: lower abdomen) and using its energy to strengthen our core. To do this we must be focused on the task at hand, relaxed and willing to exhale what is holding us back.

1. No meat however protein supplements and eggs are allowed.

2. We will be focusing on the sacral chakra today (location lower abdomen)

3. Today’s meal will be: Honey mustard lettuce wrap

4. Yoga pose: One-Legged Forearm Wheel

5. Body part focus: abs

6. Chakra: Sacral

Sacral Chakra

Location: lower abdomen

Purpose: emotional strength, creativity, and sensuality

Color: orange

Element: water.

Animal: Fish

Signs root chakra is blocked: lack creativity, lack motivation, confused, lack sexual appetite

Healing your root chakra:

⁃ stones: Orange and coral calcite, Citrine, Orange carnelian, Orange adventurine

Foods: carrots, mango, oranges, peaches, sweet potatoes

Center your Sacral chakra through Self Expression:

Choose an activity that you’re passionate and or interested in such as dancing, painting, photography, jewelry/clothing making or cooking, and run with it. Do what your sacral chakra is telling you. Any art takes time, dedication, and practice. Tags me in your work, I’d love it see it!
