Being upside down can turn your day around. Though I know you can’t jump into an hand stand in the middle of Walmart when you are stressed but you can invert those negative thoughts into positive energy.
Inversion yoga has many forms, many complex others so simple a child could do it. No matter what you pick the benefits of being inverted are endless.
