An upset tummy can come out of anywhere. I mean anywhere, the root of the issue can be anything from something you ate, gastrointestinal issues, and or stress. First and foremost when your stomach aches think about what you have eaten in the past 48 hours and your mood. Have you been stressed out because of home or work. What about your diet, have you been snacking a lot, meal been high in sodium or sugar?

I always keep in a small bowl lemon juice and ginger: this syrup like mixture it makes is the foundation of your drink. I then add 8oz of sparkling water. Then enjoy!!
